Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern the Block Guard referral program ("Program") offered by RadStorm Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By requesting a referral code or applying someone else's code, you agree to these Program Terms.

1. Getting a referral code

Anyone using the Block Guard Android app can request a referral code. You must sign in with your Google Account in the app to receive one, so that rewards can be linked to you. You do not need to be a Block Guard Premium subscriber to take part.

2. What you earn

You earn 30 days of Block Guard Premium each time a person you referred subscribes to Block Guard Premium and completes their first payment. A free trial that is cancelled before the first payment does not earn a reward. Rewards are granted about 3 days after the first payment, once the payment has cleared the refund window.

  • If you are not a subscriber, the 30 days are added to your account and begin immediately, or after any reward period you are already using.
  • If you are a subscriber, your next billing date is moved 30 days later.

3. Who counts as a referral

  • The person you refer must be new to Block Guard Premium. Existing subscribers, and Google Accounts that previously had a Block Guard Premium subscription or trial, are not eligible.
  • Your code must be applied before they subscribe, either by installing Block Guard from your referral link or by entering the code on the upgrade screen. Codes cannot be applied to an existing subscription.
  • Each referred subscription earns one reward, once. Renewals, plan changes, or resubscriptions on the same Google Account do not earn additional rewards.

4. Limits

You can earn up to 12 rewards in any rolling 12-month period. Referrals beyond that limit do not earn a reward.

5. Refunds

If a referred purchase is refunded or reversed before the reward is granted, no reward is earned. If a refund happens after the reward is granted, any reward that has not yet started is cancelled. Rewards that have already begun, or billing dates that have already been moved, are not affected.

6. Fair use

Self-referrals, referrals of accounts you control, fake or automated sign-ups, and any attempt to manipulate the Program are prohibited. We may void rewards, remove you from the Program, or take other action under our Terms of Service if we reasonably believe these Program Terms have been violated.

7. Sharing your code

You may share your referral code or link with people you know. You may not post it in a way that is spam, misleading, or that violates the rules of the platform you share it on. Rewards are not offered for ratings, reviews, or any activity other than a qualifying paid subscription.

8. Changes to the Program

We may change, pause, or end the Program at any time, including the reward amount, eligibility rules, and limits. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Rewards already granted will be honored. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

9. Your data

To run the Program we store your Google Account identifier, your referral code, and your reward history, and we link referred purchases to your code using hashed purchase records. Details are in the Privacy Policy. You can delete this data at any time from the app; deleting it forfeits any reward that has not yet started.
